COQ10 TTC girl
Hi,
I'm 38 and ttc a girl after 4 boys. DH is 42. I'm concerned about egg quality due to my age so I was thinking of taking COQ10. I understand this can be used for a pink sway but I'm unsure how much to take?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

if you have good reason to believe your egg quality is poor, 400-600. If you're taking it more as a preventative it's better to still with more like 200.

Is there a way of checking egg quality. I have 3 boys and I’m 40 and would love to try for a girl but again my age is a worry

They can check your FSH and AMH but your numbers will probably be higher than you really want to hear about at 40 regardless (all of ours are!) and numbers aren't destiny anyway. People often end up getting super upset by something that is unchangeable anyway and then in the end get pregnant easily so it was all for nothing that they got upset.
I got my girl after 4 boys at 41 and had her at 42!

Ok thanks Atomic :) he’s been away so we’ve also had a massive gap in between BD - not going to plan much lol I’m about to buy more Coq10 pills, stick to 100mg? They seem easier to get in higher...
