what do you do about calories burned from exercise and daily calories?
hey, do you count the calories you've burned through exercise and deduct it from your daily calorie intake?
I managed an hour of walking today with the boys at a leisurely pace and my fitness pal says I have burned 187 calories.
It automatically adds it to my total calories allowed for the day. I'm aiming to eat 1500-1800 calories a day but I am wondering if I should ignore the extra calories and stick to 1500-1800?
hope this makes sense!

No just keep the two things separate.
For reasons we don't understand, being very detail oriented and number-obsessed seems to sway blue. Because of this I have you guys track the absolute bare minimum of things we need to track and NOT track, deliberately not track other things that don't need to be tracked, LOL.
YOu DO need to track cals, fat, protein to be sure you're getting enough. You DON"T need to track how many calories you've burned and I don't want you working an equation every day to adjust the amount of cals you eat.
If you end up losing too much weight, up cals. Let weight loss be your guide, though, not calculations.

oh that's great thank you. I'm glad I don't need to do any working out! Lol.
Sorry for all the questions. I do feel like I'm getting a little obsessive but I guess it's just because I really want to get it right....

No that's totally normal to start off with. Once we get things dialed in it will become a lot more automatic.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
