AF early again
Feels like AF will be here early again today. That means the last 2 months it’s been 2 weeks after positive OPK. Is that going to be a problem falling pregnant? Neg preg test today

Getting your period 2 weeks after a positive OPK would be in normal range. Can you explain why you think this is an issue? just want to be sure I'm not missing something.

I guess I’m probably overthinking everything!
I usually have a 29 day cycle, but last month was 26 and I thought yesterday was coming at 26 again as had intense period cramps. They have stopped and nothing has happened but I’m sure it’s not far away. I think I just need to chill out and stop thinking. I was worried the less days would mean my lining wasn’t thick enough to sustain a pregnancy.

For next months attempt, I’m going to do one attempt at positive OPK again. I’ve forgotten though, is sylk ok? And do I lay for 10min after or what’s the protocol at the moment? Thanks!

I'm still confused why you think 2 weeks between positive OPK and getting your period indicates a short LP. Can you elaborate? I can probably reassure you on that!
Your cycle changing from 29 to 26 days is no big deal and it doesn't mean your LP has even gotten shorter. Just as likely it's possible that your ovulation was a little earlier.
Anything 12 days or more is normal. 10-11 days is a little shorter than ideal, but you can still absolutely get pregnant that way.
The length of your LP has nothing to do with the thickness of lining. The thickness of lining matters during the first half of your cycle. Having a short LP may mean your lining starts coming off too soon but like I said anything 10 days or more is adequate.

Sylk is allowed if you want to use it. May cut odds slightly.
5 min to start with and then extend to 10 and 15 over the course of time.

Swaying but think we will just try without.
Probably should start a new thread, but is yoga allowed? Will I stuff things up if I do a class now and again?
