Ok. I think you asked this a bit in a different thread and I assumed this was the same question again but you've deleted it?

I promise I will answer all your questions but I need enough time to do that.

To recreate the question, you were asking me about eating meat and fish. I answered some in your other thread but to elaborate here, yes, you can get a girl eating some meat and fish. You still need to stick in the limits of LE Diet though which is 40-50 g protein for most people, a large minority go up to 50-60 g protein (people with PCOS, insulin resistance, or more than 30-50 lbs to spare). So when people can't stick with 40-50 I have them go to 50-60 g. If you find you can't stick even in the higher levels, please increase by 5 g increments (so go to 65 g, then 70, that kind of thing) until you get to the point where you're happy but still eating as close to the protein limit as you can.

Fish/shellfish during pregnancy/TTC MUST be kept to 2 servings a week. Please don't eat any more than that. There are risks from mercury and other unpleasant things like pesticide runoff having them more than 2 servings a week. If you must, you could do fish 2x and shellfish 1x but that is more than I prefer.

You mentioned you don't eat red meat anyway. So between turkey, chicken, pork, etc - they're all equally fine. Have whatever you want, just keep in the limits for the day. Sometimes people will sub in things like hot dogs and bacon (which are pretty low in protein) a couple times a week for pink, but obvs not health food!

Sorry I guess I was just a little impatient and wanted to make sure my question got out there lol. Usually my questions get lost on other forums lol.
