Skin troubles on LE due to sugar
Hi all,
I’m swaying girl (for the second time) and have big skin troubles due to the suger and wheat. Could anyone tell me more about more healty foods on LE instead of all the things with sugar? I’m skinny so I need a lot of calories (around 2500) to make sure that I’m on a healty weight. Most of my food is currently white; bread, rice, pasta. I went to a specialist who told me to avoid sugar, white stuff and wine. Well, that’s almost everything I’m eating ;-). I already got a girl on this diet so I believe in this stuff for pink

I’m currently swaying too and although not having skin troubles I’m also eating a lot of pasta and white bread and sugar! I’m also pretty skinny and need about 2100 calories (although I’m still hungry...). I’d love any better options too. I guess there’s always cauliflower and kumara (sweet potato) as alternatives?
Did you eat pasta and sugar etc when you got your girl last time?

I had a lot of potato last time as well! So I do believe that’s fine. Yes, I ate pasta, white bread and sugar foods when I got my girl. Did you?
My diet was for example; bread (with spreads) around 11:00, pasta with some tomato’s, cheese and basil (and candy) around 14:00 and diner (pasta/rice/potato/vegatables/etc with wine and some white chocolate around 18:00. Lots of coffee during the day. I’m not hungry and steady weight on this menu.

Have whole grains, fruit, and veg instead of white carbs. Rice is usually well tolerated, though. The full alternate version of LE Diet is here: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...rt-3-pcos.html
No skim dairy, full fat only

Potato is fine, so is sweet potato
Cauliflower is totally allowed to eat as much as you want, just wanted to make sure you guys know that you don't count any calories in it - it's free and unlimited.

Thanks, I was afraid that whole grains sway boy? Can we just combine it with the regular LE? Or is it better to switch to PCOS style diet?

It's really still LE Diet. Yes, you can keep protein and fat intake the same and just drop sugar, go from white grains to whole grins, and full fat dairy ONLY NO SKIM DAIRY!
We started off worrying that whole grains might sway blue but over time it's become apparent they don't at all (and may even sway pink for those with PCO-tendencies by removing sources of simple carbs that may raise blood sugar and testosterone)

Thanks! 2 questions (sorry about that!); why no skim diary? And do you mean that sugar is forbidden when switching to whole grains?

Yes. No skim dairy (even part skim) and no sugar.
The whole deal with the alternate diet is that it's better for blood sugar (having high blood sugar may raise testosterone and both high blood sugar and high testosterone may sway blue) and skim dairy and sugar are not tolerated well by people who have trouble regulating their blood sugar.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
