Snacks
I'm still adjusting to the diet and although I'm finding it easy to skip breakfast I'm finding it hard to eat bigger meals since I'm used to eating little and often. As a result I'm really hungry just now (3pm). Would it be okay to eat an apple or some raw carrot between lunch and dinner or is that a big no no?

It's fine to go to 4 meals or even 5 as you need to. (both 2 and 3 meals have always been acceptable on LE Diet and everyone should do whichever works better for them.)
You don't need to just be miserable and eat carrots though. It's ok to add in a legit meal if you're just not able to go between lunch and dinner.
Even 5 meals a day is better than that sort of all day Hobbit eating most of us with all boys do (first breakfast, 2nd breakfast, elevensies, luncheon, supper, teatime, dinner, bedtime snack, midnight snack LOL). And usually most people find over time they adjust and no longer need to eat as much as they did to start off with.

Thank you so much! So I'm guessing the period of fasting overnight is more important than only eating 2 or 3 meals.
Thanks again!

We don't know that, but what I DO know is any improvement is a step in the right direction, and a diet that people cannot stick to is useless. I would much rather see you guys do 70% diet than ZERO percent diet and that's what happens when people are miserable. They just can't stick with it. So we tweak the diet in whatever direction it takes to help every individual stick to as much of the diet as they can.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
