Hi Atomic. We lost our little one yesterday, would have almost been 5 weeks.
Do I just start back on the LE diet and try again? Do I need to wait awhile since I stopped the diet?

Oh no I'm so terribly sorry to read this.
Yes, when you're feeling up to it, just go back on diet and exercise and try when the doc has given you the green light. We generally don't wait after a loss because you'll be depleted due to the loss, and you weren't off diet long enough to matter anyway.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
