TTC Girl: How to tone arms with no weight training?
Hi Ladies,
New here. I've started to exercise ttc girl. Most of my weight gain after my 2nd son went to my arms and belly ofcourse. I understand weight training/lifting is not recommended when ttc girl. Is there something I can do lose the weight from the arms without the weight training etc.

If you lose weight you'll lose it from everywhere. Toning exercises really do not work to spot reduce. You can sculpt muscle which makes them stand out through a layer of fat, but to actually eliminate fat you have to lose weight.
But I don't recommend any toning while swaying pink. Some people choose to do it anyway, some people can't get their heart rate up without using light weights, and some people can get away with it.
