DH diet
Hi there! I apologize, I’m sure there is information on this but I’m struggling to find it. For hubbies diet (ttc girl) is vegetarian best? Is a generally unhealthy diet ok (lol)? He’ll do whatever is best for the sway I’m just not sure what that is.

From everything I’ve read their diet isn’t essential just ours mostly!
If you can get him to eat what you’re eating (mostly veggies no red meat etc) I think it’s fine!
Also get him on the soy milk!

If he's willing to go vegetarian or vegan, that's great, we believe it may help a bit, but on the whole what our husbands eat really hasn't mattered anything near what we eat does. This is because it's our bodies who have to carry the baby and nurse it, so it's our nutrient intake that matters when it comes to gender conceived.
