    Can I take iodine supplement?

Hi looking for some advice about iodine please.Ive had my bloods done recently and my thyroid function, insulin, and hormone levels are all ok. After talking with Atomic about me having autoimmune disorders, I've decided to start the alternate diet for swaying girl in the next few months. I'm concerned that I might'nt be able to get enough daily iodine through foods would it be ok if I take an iodine supplement while on the diet? Thanks😊

Yes it's fine to take 150 iu iodine daily or even 2-3x a week maintenance dose as long as your thyroid is functioning normally. It's only thyroid patients who need to be worried about taking iodine.
