    Question about diet

I should be a master on the LE diet I been swaying for almost 5 years on and off lol. I been on LE from July, wasn’t so strick at first, just stayed away from meats and try not to snack etc. I am on CD 5 and if I do conceive I would find out Christmas week where I will be at Disney World, question is, if I don’t conceive and I’m on vacation, especially Disney world and Christmas time, I’m going to want to enjoy myself and not stay away from meat haha at least few times. I don’t care for meat generally I rather eat a piece of cake then have a meal. I was thinking if I didn’t get a bfp, should I just take Christmas week off and just try again in February instead of January cycle? It’s so confusing! I been putting it off,
Since I’m in no rush to conceive but sick of le diet

I took a break due to being sick of the LE diet and being depressed on not getting a BFP around Christmas time. Ironically, I did end up finding out I was pregnant the 3rd week in January, and I ended up with my DD. I say, do what you need to do to stay sane and no need to skip a month. Remember it is the big picture, not a week or two, that makes a difference.

Not sure if you remember me from a while back or not. I’m crossing everything for you!!

You don't need to skip months. Most people find out they do better than they think they will because everything on holidays and vacations seems like a big treat, so they end up feeling they splurged when they really have only barely even gone outside the limits. Just eat what you want, enjoy yourself, it's only a short time and you'll very likely do just fine, and will probably hardly even cheat at all anyway.
