Food questions for ttc pink
Hi Atomic I was just wondering if you could advise me about nuts and seeds, I'm going to be doing the le pcos plus diet, and I know I need to keep within daily limits but I was just wondering is it ok to include a little bit of nuts each day in a smoothie for example? Are there any nuts or seeds which should be avoided or limited to only a few portions per week?
I was wondering as well about fibre supplements, I love whole grains but should I include the fibre supplements as well? I take them anyway most days for IBS so I can take before meals if you think it may help?
Between meals can I have a sugar free drink or one with fake sugar, not for swaying just to tide me over, I'm a bit nervous on how to cut out snacking, I've snacked frequently for years but I want to try my best not to for my sway.
Thank you as always for your advice and I hope you have a lovely Christmas x

Yes absolutely within limits. Limits are everything. Some of the stuff in the LE Diet is directed more at peopel who refuse to stick in limits (which originally was a huge chunk of people) and they were doing more of a "magic foods" approach and I had to tailor my advice accordingly. But as long as you're in the limits you have absolute freedom.
Yes espeically if you're already using them, carry on. With any meal containing fat or fat soluble vitamins.
Yes you can have anythign that's very low or no cal between meals. That's fine.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
