    Can you have full fat butter, full fat milk and avocado etc on pcos diet?

    Not sure if I have pcos though but drs THINK I could due to my long cycles of 45 days or 35 days. I am only 7 stone 10 and don't have any signs of pcos except long cycles.

    ^^^ because skim dairy of all sorts is FORBIDDEN on PCOS Diet! Skim dairy is the devil and should be avoided for PCOSers. Full fat is much better for blood sugar
