OPK/e4d attempt confusion!
So advice needed please!! My cycles have been a bit erratic so I decided to do e4d but using OPKs to keep an eye on things.
We had an attempt on cd32 and cd35 (EWCM on that day) but then the day after and today (cd37) I’ve got positive digital OPKs. Question is, do I have another attempt or keep it as it is?? I don’t want to mess this up but I’m also not wanting to stress about it.
Thanks in advance

Keep it as it is if doing e4d.
If you've tried e4d for a while and are ready to boost odds of conception, then you can add an attempt at positive OPK (in addition to continuing with the e4d) but otherwise just stick with e4d. And please keep going after you think you've ovulated.
I'm hoping you started the e4d sooner than that.

OPK/e4d attempt confusion!
Yep yep we’ve been doing it since AF, those were just the 2 most recent attempts
We’re not in a huge huge rush, we’re hoping sooner rather than later but I’d much rather take time to sway properly than conceive a girl than go nuts and sway blue.
Would you suggest next BD on Friday (cd38) or Saturday (cd39) in accordance with e4d? I know 96 hours is more pink-friendly but I wasn’t sure how important the difference between 72 & 96 was post possible ovulation? I don’t want to accidentally get in 2 attempts

Whichever option is more in line with your wishes. If you want better odds of conception, 72 hours, if you want better odds of pink, 96. If you can't decide, then flip a coin and do what the coin says.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
