Is my swimming swaying blue??
Hiya,
So I need some advice about exercising.
I’ve been swimming for about 40 minutes 3 times a week and maintaining my (low-ish) weight.
I’ve just been reading a previous post about moderate exercise swaying blue rather than pink.
Can you shed some light on this Atomic and advise me on if I should continue. I haven’t really got the time and/or energy to exercise 6-7 days a week but I’d hoped some was better than none Thank you!!

Exercise has gotten such universally good results for us that I am inclined to err on the side of any activity being better than none for most people. As long as you're not gaining weight on a higher protein diet, I am fine with you continuing that. (and for anyone with PCOS, insulin resistance, or more than 50 lbs to spare I absolutely want you to do any exercise even if you can't get up to the full amount) Now, I do have a higher level of confidence in more exercise than less, but for many people some is still going to be better than none.

Phew! That’s a massive relief!
I just find it’s great for my mental health too so glad to be doing it.
My protein intake is definitely well within LE limits so I’m much less worried now than you!
