    I’m only taking:
    - 1000mcg folate daily
    - 200mg CoQ10 (ubiquinol) daily
    - 350mcg iodine twice a week (as the dose is higher than the RDA of 150mcg)

    The iodine supplement also contains these, so these are twice per week too:
    - Iron 388mcg
    - Calcium 7000mcg
    - Magnesium 3550mcg
    - Potassium 12500mcg
    - Zinc 27mcg

    I took one dose of vitamin D, but then read that you said it strongly sways blue, so I haven’t taken any more.

    Does the iodine supplement have too much in it? Should I only take it once a week?

    None of those should alter your cycle. I am fine with those supplements at the amount you're taking them.

    I think the myoinositol would be throwing gasoline on a fire. It's your choice of course but I still believe the problem with your cycle is that your hormones are LOW, not too high, and myoinositol will simply lower them further.

    Hi!

    So this was my first cycle without Clomid. I ovulated a few days later than normal (day 23), and my LP was 8 days - which was better than the 5/6 days I was having with Clomid, but just short of my usual 9 days. AF has been very light, but definitely there. I’d did a test, but I’m only 10 dpo and don’t usually get a positive until 11 dpo at the earliest, but I don’t think I’m pregnant.

    What should I do next? I was trying to find the Atomic Fertility Diet to see what I could incorporate into my diet, but I couldn’t find it. Could you send me the link please?

    I’ve been eating around 2000 cals, 60g fat, 55g protein and walking 5 days per week (although I only did 3-4 over the last couple of weeks to try to hang onto some cals). I’m not doing anything preventative like douching or anything. I’m sure the reason is that I’ve decreased my fertility too much for too long and need to dial it back a bit, but didn’t want to go too far back the other way. I’ve seen you recommend eggs and fish for others in a similar position, but I’m vegan, so I just wanted to know what the goal was with this. Is it just more omegas and increased cholesterol?

    In addition to the eggs and fish there is also the full fat dairy. For reasons we do not understand, dairy fat and cholesterol in particular are great for restoring ovulation, and vegetable fats don't seem to be as effective as doing that. I don't want you to just up your omega intake willy nilly, because we don't even know the whys and wherefores as to how it works. The fish is for zinc, iodine, and a bit more healthy fat. Since you're a vegan my advice would be (and I think I already said this but I'll repeat myself on this new page) more saturated veg fat like coconut oil and then possibly a prenatal vitamin 2-3 times per week.

    So I added coconut oil to my diet every day and still kept at 60g fat. My Lutesl Phase returned to my normal 9 days. I had one course of Femara so I thought I would take it. It shortened by LP to 7 days. I have no more Clomid or Femara, and I’m done with it now because of how it affects my LP.

    I was going to add slightly more coconut oil so I’ll be at 65g fat total. Is that OK? Any other suggestions? Thank you.

    Yes please do add that in. How much protein are you eating now?

    I think you're just low in raw materials so when the Femara is in the mix, it requires your body to make a huge rush of estrogen all at once and then it just kinda runs out of juice to make more estrogen in the 2 WW (to extend your luteal phase beyond 7 DPO you need to make estrogen)

    Protein is around 55g-60g.

    That makes sense to me.
