    Breakfast
    Egg on toast with cheese & yoghurt
    Or
    Toast with cinnamon or jam (and butter) & yoghurt

    Lunch
    Pasta with grated cheese (adding butter sometimes)
    Or
    Salad roll
    OR
    Toasted Cheese Sandwich

    Dinner
    Falafel wrap with salad and rice. Usually have avo or cream cheese or Hommus on it
    OR
    Buddha bowl which consists of rice and veggies and/or salad
    OR
    Pasta with a vegetarian sauce

    Bowl of ice cream straight after tea

    Having a vodka, Diet Coke and/or Cappuccino once a day

    Am I doing this diet thing right lol I have no idea!

    I can’t believe how quick my cycle changed! Always been long, 33 days or so with ovulation not until around day 26 if at all. This month I have LH surge day 14 (no peak) then period day 19
    Spoke to my dr but she said its normal to fluctuate (Eye roll)

    Do you have nutrient info in terms of protein, fat, and calories?? It's all good kinds of foods but I just can't be sure how much you guys are eating!

    I attached a pic of the food app hope it works.

    I seem to be relying on carbs a lot, bread, pasta, wraps. Is this ok?

    The bulk of your cals will come from carbs, that's part of the LE Diet. We need to be sure you're getting enough protein and fat though.
