Am I right to assume we would try one attempt on first day of positive opk test?

Sorry one last thing, is this right? Or should we be trying once just prior to Pos test?

Most of us have our attempt at positive OPK.
Some people who want timing try to have their one attempt before the pos OPK but it's not my preferred method as it is too hard to get the timing right and people end up very "control freakish" about it.

Don't measure your sugar levels. I do not want anyone measuring their blood sugar. When we say "low blood sugar" we are not talking about a measurable number on a monitor, but instead a complicated process by which our body is forced to keep blood sugar in a certain range (because your body does not "like" low blood sugar and will immediately try to make it rise by burning stores of fat, so your blood sugar will go up anyway! it never stays low!!).
Just do the LE Diet, including the avoiding snacking/skipping breakfast (or pushing it back a couple hours) and the blood sugar takes care of itself.

Fine to have with a meal. There are no "magic foods" that make you have girls, though. I like popcorn as it's filling and chewy so it can help satisfy you, but there's no inherent benefit to popcorn in and of itself. Just don't be eating it between meals!

Thanks Atomic,
As I’m using a good tracking app I was just unsure what range my sugar column should be. Atm is between 40-60 daily.
One more thing sorry, I’ve taking vitamin c lately to prevent getting sick, is this ok or does it sway blue?
I’ve just realised my LP was only 9 days this month and read vit c (and vitex) can help lengthen it also.

Oh ok sorry, I thought you were measuring your blood sugar. We don't have a set amount for sugar. If you eat a certain amount of calories, protein and fat, you'll be getting the proper amount of carbs/sugar.
Vitamin C does probably sway blue but not as much as things like Vit D and B12 do. If you feel it helps keep you from getting sick, please feel free to continue with it. I don't think it helps LP though.
Vitex actually often makes matters worse for people. I would have you add in a serving of full fat dairy every day and 4-6 eggs a week, that can fix the LP issue too.

Hello again Atomic,
I think I have been too strict with my diet and weight has dropped off me super quick and I have stopped ovulating : ( two cycles in 20 days! Can’t believe how quick it happened!
I have added breakfast back in (late breakfast) as I was only having 2 meals. Any foods you can suggest I have to add in some fat without going over limits or putting weight on?
Thanks

If you're losing weight you NEED to possibly go over limits.
Can you tell me what you've been eating (loosely, it doens't need to be exact) and I"ll tell you what to tweak?? I need to understand where you're actually going wrong to make the appropriate adjustments.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
