Confused Exercise - Where is the line?

    Hello!

I would really like to add exercise to my sway since it is getting such good results. I am finding it hard to get a straight hour everyday with my kids and my husband working so much.

Where is the line between moderate exercise (swaying boy) and exercising enough to sway for a girl? As long as you are losing weight while exercising is that okay?

I have been doing a vegetarian LE diet since November and am still nursing my youngest son (highly irregular cycles because of this). I am taking folate and fiber and recently started drinking coffee for sway, previously drank no caffeine. I’ve lost 20lbs so far and hope to lose at least ten more pounds. DH is taking OLE and we are planning only one attempt when my body finally ovulates again.

Thank you so very much for your time! 💗

The unfortunate truth is, we really don't know where the line is, but the FORTUNATE truth is, exercise has proven to be one of the best of the best sway tactics even when you can't get in the full amount.

I have come around based on observation, to believe that as long as you're losing weight on a lower protein diet, any exercise is helpful. I do think the 60 consecutive minutes is more important than the number of days a week but if you really can't get an hour, but could get 45 minutes, as long as you're losing weight (or have lost a significant amount, which you already have) on a lower protein diet then I think it will only help your sway.

Thank you so very much for your reply!

Is there a recommended minimum number of weeks? I am going to add exercise and am trying to figure out when the earliest we should TTC. Would it be 4-6 weeks at least?

Also, I have been trying to look through all the threads and had a question regarding Myo-inositol. I used Vitex for very wonky cycles while nursing when I got pregnant with my angel daughter. I see that it isn’t recommended at all now. I don’t believe I have PCOS and my goal is to lose an additional ten pounds. I might be able to extend that to 20lbs, but probably not 30lbs as that would put my BMI into the underweight zone.

First PP ovulation was in January with a 5 day LP
Next cycle was anovulatory and 39 days
Currently on CD 59 with no ovulation yet

Sorry for the extra information! Would Myo-inositol be a possible good option to help regulate things a little for me while still swaying girl? Or do I just need to continue to wait for things to happen on their own since I am still nursing my almost 14 month old?

    Thank you again!

    6 weeks for exercise.

The reason why your period is wonky is because your cycle has just come back and you're still nursing. I would not give you anything for that other than Vitamin P (patience) and especially not myoinositol since it may not be safe while nursing (not enough is known, and I don't think it will help your cycle come back anyway as that is not what it does...it lowers hormones overall and your hormones are probably already low) BUT, vitex helped you in the past, and while I don't recommend it as a general rule, getting the cycle going when breastfeeding I have sometimes made an exception for as long as you are fully aware that for many people it's more like throwing gasoline on a fire. If you do decide to go that route take it 2w on, rest of cycle off, in the pattern that your period was coming in before you got pregnant with your last baby. For reasons we don't understand your cycle tends to come back on similar days to what it was the last time.
