Even protein vegetarian foods like beans, nuts, and tofu have a fair number of carbs in them so if you find carbs make you gain weight we may be best off doing chicken/fish once a day.

Tea has seemed blue friendly. We have better results with coffee. I got my 4 boys with tea and my girl with coffee!
Thank you!! I eat a lot of protein- but with the diet change and exercise I still think I might lose. I do have 10-20lbs to lose. I eat tuna fish pretty regularly for lunch, so I should probably skip that.

Tuna (or any fish) 2x a week max due to the risks of the mercury. Otherwise small amounts are ok in limits.
