12-16 hours. There's no set amount of fasting time (even day to day) I want everyone to retain the flexibility to do what will work best for them, and what they can stick with.

Once you start doing it regularly it will become your lifestyle! I’ve been doing 14-16 hour fast (dinner at 6pm, breakfast at 9-10am) for 5 years now! I’m not even hungry in between!

That’s good to know! I’m not a huge breakfast eater but I kind of snack a bit so that’s all I’m watching!
