    Swaying questions

    Hi ladies! Two questions- one, is increased acne after diet change normal? I’ve never broken out much before and now I really am around my mouth and forehead!

    Two, how is the exercise bike for cardio?

    Yes it's very normal. Some people think "oh no testosterone" but it has nothing to do with testosterone, it's because you're eating some more carbs than you were and that makes the bacteria that live on our bodies happy. :/

    Exercise bike is GREAT for cardio!

    Ok wonderful! We bought an exercise bike for home so both hubby and I can do it! I’m doing beachbody dancing too!
