    Is Psyllium husk ok as a type of fiber?

    Hello

    I take Psyllium husk caps, Now brand. Is it a good fiber for swaying?

    Hi atomic, i just came across this post and I definitely could use something like this since I have IBS and if I don’t take probiotics, i am irregular, most of the time. Would this help with the pink sway? Any recommendations on dose or side effect it may have in my age? That way I could take a break from probiotics for a little while, at least while swaying. Thank you

    What I meant was, is this recommended or probiotics Re fine? Does this contribute to pink sway? Thanks

    IBS can be aggravated by fiber so I would skip it. I'ts not interchangeable with probiotics anyway - they do two different things. Can you possibly just cut down the dose on the probiotics without dropping them completely?

    I take align and not sure of the dose- can do every other day. But it’s mostly constipation and took colace my entire pregnancy and there after (for a couple months). I didn’t know there was such a supplement it can help- such as magnesium citrate. Which was once recommended for pink sway. Thank you!
