Crystal lite
Hello! I was trying not to add too much aspartame to my sway because it gives me headaches, but I discovered that I actually like the strawberry Crystal lite. And then I realized that it contains B vitamins. Is this still safe for a girl sway?

how many or what kind, specifically so I can look it up??
I would probably leave it out. I don't think aspartame sways pink, and I DO think B vitamins can sway blue.

I see this: INGREDIENTS: CITRIC ACID, MALTODEXTRIN, ASPARTAME*, CAFFEINE, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, NIACINAMIDE, CALCIUM PANTOTHENATE AND BIOTIN ( B-VITAMINS), VITAMIN B6, VITAMIN B12, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, ARTIFICIAL COLOR, RED 40, YELLOW 5, BLUE 1, SOY LECITHIN, TOCOPHEROL (TO PROTECT FLAVOR). * PHENYLKETONURICS: CONTAINS PHENYLALANINE
I’m guessing the biotin and magnesium and calcium would sway boy too?!

Hm, that's not on the label of the Amazon one (unless I'm hallucinating again, LOL)
If it has added B vitamins it should be listed up above on the nutrient info with the percentages. Are they there, and what is the percentage given? If it says nothing, then the "contains less than 2% of..." is meant as legalese and saying it DOESN'T have that stuff in it in any appreciable amount.
The magnesium is not magnesium but it's a small amount of a type of inert chemical that's a preservative. And the "calcium pantothenate" is not calcium, but is a form of Vitamin B5, and again it's saying it has less than 2% in it anyway. If it had any large amount we should be avoiding it would be listed on the label up above and it would say "Vitamin B6 20%" or something along those lines. I think it's just a weird, legalese way of saying there is some negligible amount of those nutrients in there, but it's not fortified, and isn 't enough to sway.

Ok good to know!! I’m not drinking a lot, but when I want to drink something other than water I was opting for that.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
