would this be ok to include in my diet?

I've started having a strawberry, banana, yogurt and flavoured water smoothie for my first meal along with nuts and a little cheese, I was wondering if I was still within my totals would it be ok to make a second smoothie later in the day with apple, dates and yogurt?(trying to figure out ways to up my cals a bit, but staying within my fat and protein limits)worried about consuming too much dairy, the yogurts are 100mg pots. I have sensory issues with fruit textures so its easier for me to eat in blended form.

    Thank you

Yes, that's absolutely fine. There is no need to limit dairy other than in the overall totals for the day.
