    Mittelschmerz / ovulation pain - before or after ovulation

    Apologies if there’s already a thread regarding this, I couldn’t find

    for those of you that know when you ovulate, do you get pain before or after?

    Before, I get super crampy and tender for about 5 days prior. Like a built in opk

    You can have it before, during, and after ovulation. I can have it at any point in time in there (I have really noticeable O pains)

    I get it 3 days before very lightly and then during, especially every other month when it’s on the right side, then maybe twinges afterwards.
