Yes, I advise against it even more vehemently than ever. It does nothing (doesn't even help people get and stay pregnant) and has the potential to really mess up a cycle.

It's not that it sways blue in larger amounts. I rarely give anyone more than 200 unless they have a very firm and proven need for help with egg quality, because I do not trust megadoses and to be honest I seriously doubt it works anyway. I don't think you have any need for more than 200, and I don't want you taking it because it lowers blood sugar and you're already doing quite a lot of other stuff to lower blood sugar. I don't want you to end up with your blood sugar TOO low as that can make you faint and unable to function, let alone stick to the diet.

Ok good to know, thank you!! I’ll definitely avoid the progesterone!!
My hubby tested my sugar before dinner the other day and it was 81 and I felt okay. So I think I’m lowering it appropriately without being dangerous!

I feel like I’m swaying well which makes me so excited for a daughter but then makes me more worried it might fail. Just leaving it up to God.

Just keep that in the forefront of your mind and you can't go wrong. We do what we can do, and then we turn it over to a higher power of some sort, be it God or fate depending on your belief system and have to trust that it is in someone else's hands.
