What e4d pattern is better, 72 or 97?
Hello dear!
What e4d pattern is better in terms of swaying a girl? I learned that the ONE attempt is the best! but then comes the e4d method. Which is better the 97 pattern (three days no) or the 72 pattern (2 days no).
I really want a girl but at the same time I want to get pregnant in at least 2 months. I am 39 years old.

72 for better chance of conception, 96 for possibly better chance of pink (but most people do 72 and results are still pretty darn good for pink, so this may not be necessary)
If you want to get pregnant in 2 months I recommend the 72 hour pattern

Should I use OPK? I mean I wait until positive opk then begin the e4d or begin at the end of my AF! I am afraid that I miss the ovulation
another question: I always forget to take fiber. is it too late to take it?I am on my CD 9. Can I take it at the same time with Folic Acid and Iron (the same meal)
Can I take folic acid on an empty stomach so to make sure it is well absorbed! I will take Fiber with the meals.
when is the best time to take cinnamon? I add 1/2 tsp to hot water every day until ovulation the 1/4 tsp until BFP, right?

If you are doing the e4d method you don't need positive OPK.
We have a kind of compromise e4d where you have first attempt at positive OPK and then start e4d afterward in case of delayed ovulation, but if you're worried about missing O I would have you start after AF and just go all the way through. It's your choice to make.
The worst that can happen if you start fiber now is that it won't be effective. Only take it with meals containing fat, and if you aren't eating fat don't take it. Fiber 30 minutes before eating. Both iron and folic acid should be ok taken somewhere around a meal (not at the same time as fiber but with the meal instead.) Folic acid is best absorbed WITH a meal, not on an empty stomach, but it's still ok on an empty stomach.

Oh please ignore my reply about the cinnamon on your other thread, I wasn't sure that was you, but now here's the thread we talked about it.
I would have you drop the cinnamon if you're doing Metformin as it does the same thing and you are already quite thin.
