I would start exercising now! Both 6 and 12 weeks of exercise have gotten good results but since you do have the weight to spare I'd start now.
Can you tell me which brand of myo inositol to take? There are so many that I don't know. Some contain vitamin D and thought this swayed blue? And is there a difference between myo inositol and inositol?

I don't recommend brands, there are too many and they change constantly so it would be a full time job to keep up with them. I am always happy to check a brand before you purchase it, though. Skip the ones with Vit. D and get a kind that has nothing else in it (a few kinds have folic acid, which is ok)
Myoinositol is the most stable form of inositol. Your body can turn inositol into myoinositol, and it's fine to take inositol instead, but myoinositol is closer to the form we are in need of.

Yes we believe that myoinositol sways pink. We don't know the exact mechanism but assume it has something to do with lowering blood sugar.
That myo is fine, but you'd need to adjust the dose a little since it's 2000 mg

We don't know if 1000 once or 500 twice is better. Whichever option works better for you. I have not ever seen any firm recommendations for time of day to take it, I'd be inclined to take it with a meal just in case it causes stomach upset.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
