Girl again?

Hi,

I already have 2 girls, but am desperate to have a third girl.( God willing!)

I unknowingly girl swayed with the first 2:

Mainly plant based diet
Exercise
Missionary, and no O
And Dh abstained 3 weeks before and then after my period we dtd every alternate day until the day after O.
Also did jump and dump after 10 mins (unknowingly)
And used pre seed


Since then I actually started eating more meat, but trying to go back to a plant based diet.

My question is,
Should I continue what I unknowingly did before...or should I only do the one attempt like this website suggests.

And if I do the one attempt, when I do I do it? How many days before ovulation?

I have bgbg my youngest is 3 and I have been dreaming for two years of giving her a baby sister. I really want another daughter, I had two miscarriages earlier this year and last. So what do you mean by dtd more than once? Do you mean more than once a day?

you said that you and your husband had sex every other day. I was trying to explain how that doesn't prove one attempt doesn't sway pink, because often EOD does work out to be one attempt as I described in my other message. Now, I don't want you to do that (you can have protected sex) I want you to be sure to have just one attempt in your fertile window for sure, since that's been our best results for pink.

My only confusion is in terms of abstinence and FR? I keep reading about it and I don’t understand. Is it better to abstain for a girl or not? Should we abstain and then have our one go?

Neither abstain nor FR has worked really. They've both gotten significantly lower odds than the site as a whole and the same number of people got girls with and without them. If you want to try one or the other, I have men under 35 do abstain, men over 35 do FR just because it's the safest option, but I honestly don't think either of them works and they both cut odds of conception considerably. So whichever one you prefer, just keep that one attempt.
