question about fruit juice
Hi Atomic
This might sound silly but before I started the le pcos diet I loved fruit juice, I imagine pure orange juice would probably be too high in nutrients but my other favourite was pure apple juice...would it be ok to include one glass of apple juice per day if I included the cals for it in my totals, was thinking I could have it with my last meal of the day as well as the iron tablets dr gave me.

No it's like pure sugar. I would prefer you ate an apple or orange instead. The fiber in actual fruit is gentler on the blood sugar.

ok no problem good to know thank you😊 probably contributed to my body being boy friendly before, I drank loads of fruit juices leading up to when I conceived my boys🙈😂

I drank a lot of fruit juice when I conceived my boys lol so dropped it for my girl sways

Thanks for letting me know, I honestly would never have realised before asking here about fruit juice, I haven't had any for weeks now so I'll continue that. I'll treat myself to a lovely big glass of pure juice when pregnant as a treat lol. That's really encouraging to see someone that has had two successful pink sways after having boys😊

It’s been awhile but I keep meaning to come back and say we swayed girl in 2022 and had a little girl in early 2023! First girl born in 110+ years on my husband’s side.[emoji179]
