Gah I somehow did not see this yesterday!

Have an attempt right away if you didn't already. The trigger shot will ~probably~ prevent you from needing the e4d (although you can if you want to and it's not going to hurt anything - in the very slim chance O was delayed, which it usually isn't with the trigger, you'll be covered)

I would wait till after you know you've ovulated to take the Duphaston. CD 15 should be ok.

I did BD the same day of the trigger shot. The trigger shot was yesterday at 10:30 am and we DTD at 10:30 p.m. Was that OK? Is it enough? Or we should BD one more? The doctor said that I may ovulate after 36 hrs to 40hrs. Does that apply with Femara, the fourth day after the last dose?

Now, it’s 40 hrs after the shot but I don’t feel any ovulation symptoms. Only very little ew. Even yesterday which is the day of the trigger shot, no symptoms.

No that was great timing for one attempt with the trigger.

It is up to you whether to add another attempt or not. Best odds of pink are stick with the attempt you've had, better odds of conception would be to have another attempt.

The trigger shot will force you to O so it's possible to ovulate earlier than the Femara would have allowed otherwise.

    What about ovulation symptoms?
I don't feel anything. Last time, with femara there were sharp cramps and pain, but this time nothing at all.

How far may ovulation happen after a trigger shot?

People notice all different things when on the medication. Some people who never have symptoms have them, other people who always have them don't, there's no rhyme or reason to it.

you will ovulate an average of 36 hours. Much more likely to be 24-36 hours than longer, and 48 hours is usually the longest time between the two

it depends on how high the dose of trigger shot you got was.

14 days for 10,000 iu, 10 days after 5000 iu, and it ~says~ 7 days after 2500 - but most people are not going to get a positive test at that stage even if you did conceive so I would not ever have anyone take a pregnancy test that early.

(for anyone wondering, this is because a trigger shot can cause false positives on pregnancy tests and NOT when it is a good time to test for pregnancy if you have not had a trigger shot.)

That makes sense! I think I should wait 14 days or until AF arrives because I don't know what dose was it.
    Thank you Atomic

Atomic, I’ve been taking Duphaston since cd 15 as you suggested. For how long should I take it?
