My doctor prescribed Nolvadex. Does it sway for girl?

I decided to take the clomid just for swaying before I see any doctor. then, I learned from you that it's not good for age of 39. Then, I went to the doctor and she prescribed Nolvadex but I took Femara for two moths in a row.

I would have two attempts this month at the trigger.

Today is cd 15 . No medication but when I went to the doctor the doctor this morning she gave me a trigger shot because there is an egg (size 18.5mm).
My question is: when to BD? We bded on Thursday night. Now, it’s 7 p.m Saturday.
Last time, you suggested one more bd when I get a trigger shot and one more.
Should I do it today? Or tomorrow!

Ok we bded this afternoon which is about 28 hrs after trigger shot. When didn’t do anything in the shot day.

So we had 2 BDing: one is 36 hrs before trigger shot and the other one is 28hrs after the trigger shot. That makes 2 days in between if we think of e4d pattern.

You've been on fertility medication and you are 39. IMO it's time to add an attempt. If you don't want to, that's fine.
