Best websites to find out protein and fat content?
Hi there - any ideas on best website to find out protein and fat content of food?
Struggling to keep track of these and this would help until I get the hang of it, thank you, VictoriaSept 2019

Just Googling will bring up the nutrient data. Self.com is also very helpful (though I haven't been on there for over a year now)
