    Trouble TTC should I stop...

If having trouble TTC should I quit alcohol and / or coffee? I don’t have much of either

Also I’m underweight, should I not exercise?

Feel like everything I do to TTC a girl goes against my fertility when it’s obviously already low

No, keep going with coffee and alcohol. That is not the issue.

Exercise has gotten great results so if you have been exercising I would continue and eat more to compensate. But if you haven't started exercise, don't start it.

What we need to do is GENTLY dial the radio dial back in the direction of making you more fertile but not too far or too fast. little changes over time. Please trust in the process as we have had many people who cut back too far, and then we fixed the situation and then still got girls

Thank you that makes me feel a bit better, I’m feeling like I’m failing this sway atm by going to hard to quick as ndd dad now having no where to go and back pedalling.

How do I gently do that?

I’m also struggling with skipping breakfast and don’t want to loose more weight, what’s the minimum fast overnight you recommend? I can manage 12 but find much more hard as I’m so hungry.
I read for blood sugar levels it’s better to have a big breaky and small dinner and thinking this may be good for me as I get bad night sweats and think it may be due to food at night?

FYI I eat dinner about 6-7pm and breakfast about 8am
I used to eat breakfast first thing at 6am

I'm sorry I am not following your first question, I think we had a spell check incident there.

    12 hours is enough.

Fine to have a bigger breakfast and small dinner. However it works best for you.

    Oh sorry lol

In first reply you said to gently turn the dial back, I just wanted to know how would I do that as such?

eating a bit more (particularly fat and calories, DO NOT just add in a chicken breast as for some reason that's what everyone tends to do, and it doesn't help) and exercising a bit less

drop fiber if you were taking it
