News Story On Caffeine And Women's Estrogen Levels When Consumed

I read about this study a few days ago and I was trying to figure out how I was going to cut out my morning coffee (I started my LE diet Monday to sway for my girl). Before joining here I did a lot of reading over at IG (never joined - site was always down). IG protocol is NO caffeine on the girl diet. Of course, I want to have the strongest sway possible, so does anyone know the reason why they forbid caffeine over at IG? Thanks

They think it blocks calcium absorption. But you have to drink a fatal amount for a very long time for it to have any effect on calcium at all ( not to mention we don't evne know if we WANT calcium to be absorbed or floating around getting excreted in urine/CM)
