wacky cycles question
Hi Atomic
I'm still waiting for my positive opk, 20 days into this cycle now. My mum is still waiting on more test results so I think that stress is probably contributing to having what looks like is going to be another long cycle. Hopefully we will have more news soon though on that front. I was just wondering if I still have a decent chance of conceiving in the near future with my cycles being a little wacky and long? I've been on diet 8 weeks now, so proud of my hubs he's been so supportive in helping with our sway. I've started to feel alot more at peace now regarding gender disappointment feelings, I know deep down our last baby boy or girl will be such an amazing blessing❤
Thank you for your advice and support, just hoping for some reassurance😊

Yes, you absolutely have a chance of conceiving.
Can you tell me more about what you're eating?? I want to be sure you're getting enough.

Thank you, I usually have the same first meal each day a smoothie that includes a strawberries, banana, yogurt and sugar free flavoured water. I also have some nuts, and 2 or 3 crispbread slices with cheddar cheese and apple slices.
For dinner I usually rotate between chicken, Turkey,Cod or pasta bakes. I include beans, cheese and pasta sauce with my pasta bakes. With chicken or Turkey I usually have some low carb veg and carrot or parsnip. With cod I have sweet potatoes and vegetables and then put some grated cheese over it,after dinner I usually have some more yogurt and nuts. I have some more fruit like apples and berries or some toast in the evening. I've tried to include some higher calorie fruits and veg into my diet, I use full fat milk in my coffee and whole fat yoghurts. But the most my calories ever get to is about 1700 per day, I'm at the upper limits for fat and protein. I've lost nearly a stone over the last 8 weeks between diet and exercise.

Forgot to say I don't include cals, fat or protein in low carb vegetables, but I count the cals in fruit and higher carb vegetables

Let's up protein and fat by 5 g each so you can then get in a couple hundred more cals a day. I think you may have just lost enough weight so your body is "getting nervous".

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
