Feeling runned down, need some advice please

    Hi Atomic

I've developed another uti😪(usually happens after intercourse) I've been on quite a bit of antibiotics lately and im wondering if I should start taking a probiotic even a couple of times a week? worried that I've burned out my good bacteria although I do eat a couple of plain greek yogurt pots per day. I'd appreciate your thoughts as I know probiotics are normally boy sway friendly.

    Thank you

Yes if you've been on antibiotics you need to take probiotics for the sake of your health.

But probiotics are not the best way to rebalance the microbes in your VJ. This sounds a bit weird but get a pot of the natural yogurt with the healthy cultures in it, the unsweetened kind with no coloring or anything, and use it as a cream, around and just inside the VJ at night before bed (and you'll want to wear a pad, it's rather messy) This will help repopulate the area with healthy microbes. Taking probiotics is not the best way to help recolonize the VJ with healthy microbes because they have to come out your rear end and then grow up inside the VJ to help. This does happen over time, but it's better and faster to use the yogurt trick after having been treated with antibiotics. HTH.

Thank you so much I would never have thought of that. I actually bought some plain natural yogurt earlier today so I'll keep it for that purpose😊

You don't have to do tons of it either, just a little will help recolonate the area. good luck and I hope it's on the mend permanently now

    Thank you,

9 weeks on le pcos diet and 9 weeks of no skin flares😊( think the very low sugar diet is doing the trick), my mums scan showed the cancer is isolated to that one tumour so hopefully surgery and radiotherapy will help🤞
