    French gender minerals and book?

Hi there - I read an article in your index which talked about the French gender minerals - I assume this refers to potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium?

Also do you know where I can read the book about French gender method? Did I see that you have it on this site?

    Thank you

Yes, but they do not work for swaying and have been debunked now.

Are you struggling with the LE Diet and are trying to switch diets?? I may be able to help you as many times when people have trouble with the LE Diet it's because they are misunderstanding something about it that I can easily explain.

I posted the link for you to the French Gender Diet in the other thread where you asked for it.

It's ok but I think that even just going pure vegetarian or even vegan (unless you have moderate to severe PCOS) would be better. The FGD can pack in a lot of nutrients and trying to blend all the diets into one has made a diet so terribly restrictive people actually caused harm to their physical and mental health trying it (if you MUST combine diets, here is a set of instructons on how to do that https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...-for-TTC-Pink=)

If you want to do the FGD be SURE you are strictly limiting the amount of dairy to stick in the amount of sodium and potassium. Contrary to popular belief the FGD does not call for "drinking as much milk as you possibly can". That was never a part of the FGD and many people who have gone that route ended up with opposites. It was only supposed to be within the limits of sodium and potassium, and that is actually not that much dairy. People who treat the FGD as an "all you can milk buffet" end up with opposites.

Please don't hesitate to ask me as many questions as you have on LE Diet till it falls into place. It's actually quite easy and many of the suggestions in the diet are really for people who are trying to blend all the diets.
