    Alcohol

    Hi Atomic

sorry I forgot to ask about this previously, but I've been having a little glass of gin with hubby a few times a week, with us going to be doing the every 4 day method I'm not likely to know when I may ovulate, would it be dangerous to continue with drinking that amount or should I stop completely a couple of weeks into my cycle? I would appreciate your opinion on this

    Thank you😊

It's your call to make. Most people choose to stop at ovulation or midcycle even though it's likely safe till at least BFP. Totally at your discretion.
