    Lemon water for girl sway?

    The only way I can drink water is if I add some lemon juice to it? Is this okay? I've heard people say that somethings that are acidic can turn alkaline in the body. Confused ......

    It's said to sway blue due to alkalinity.

    Can you drink any kind of carbonated water instead like Perrier?
