    Anyone doing low carb for girl sway?

    Just curious if anyone is doing low carb? I hate eating a lot of breads, pastas, rice etc. It makes me feel bloated and sluggish. I also find I lose weight a lot quicker when doing low carb. And it's really important that I lose weight before ttc. Can I still be successful diet wise if I do low carb?

    I think I answered you more about this in a different thread, did you see it?

    people do have girls with low carb diets. It's just that I have to give the advice that I think will work best for most people most of the time.

    If you need to do a certain type of diet for your health by all means do that.
