I'd prefer to see fruit added in. That's a nice amount of carbs and is better than sugar or honey. I would also consider adding in a 4th meal if you can't get enough food in at mealtimes.

Sounds good! Fruit it is! I'll try to add a piece of fruit at each meal or some such.
