    Psyllium fiber or Chitosan?

    Hi!

    I'm swaying girl but now I doubt between taking Psyllium fiber 500 mg (Holland & Barrett) or Chitosan (500mg)?

    Because it are two different supplements I was wondering which one is better for Pink?

    And what dosage is good for Pink?

    - Psyllium fiber - it says you should take it 30 minutes before a meal, 3 times a day 2 capsules (3000 mg a day). Should you take this 3x 2 capsules a day?
    - Chitosan - different, how many mg a day?


    Is it also possible to combine Psyllium fiber & Chitosan, or better choose one?

    They're both good. We don't have any way to know if one is better.

    i would not take that high a dose. Take 500 mg of either 30 minutes before eating any meal containing fat. If the meal doesn't have fat, don't take the fiber.
