What constitutes restarting the diet timeline?
Hi all! I haven’t been doing great with the diet (lack of self control with portion sizes) but have remained vegetarian and walk 3.5-4 miles every day. I’m thinking I need to restart the 12 week timer so that I can be better about what I eat. It’s tough because I’m still nursing at night (only) and still haven’t had a postpartum period (20 months later). So what kinda stuff requires a timeline restart? Thank you!!

You don't need to restart the diet. I think you should just regroup and move on from here because you haven't even started ovulating yet. Most of the time when people think they're blowing it on diet they're doing better than they thought they were anyway.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
