    Diet length and timing?

Atomic, I'd really like to start ttc after my next cycle. I started LE and IF in June and will be around 19 weeks in at attempt. I'm only hesitant because you had me switch to the LE PCOS diet (wish I'd asked to begin with!) due to my age and BMI. I will have only been on that version of the diet for 8-9 weeks if I attempt next cycle. I've lost 25 lbs since starting in June. Thoughts?

I am fine with you going ahead now. You were eating more restrictively for the full time (not to mention the fasting) and I suspect that the blood sugar stuff changes more quickly than nutrients get depleted.
