Northern/southern hemisphere
Hi Atomic -
Can I ask during your years doing this do you find there is something in the northern/Southern Hemisphere theory? Saying girl in the northern hemisphere and conscious we are in boy months.
Thanks

I know atomic will answer but I’ll give you my experience.
I’m in the northern hemisphere.
I have 4 babies conceived in girl months (March/April/May) 3 of those are girls, 1 boy.
I have 3 babies conceived in boy months (September/October) 2 of those are boys, 1 girl.

There's been some interesting research done which you can read about here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...s-and-swaying=
Whenever anything seems to crop up that affects the gender ratio in ways we don't expect, we investigate it. While this is certainly intriguing, the practical effect was really very small with there still continuing to be plenty of boys and girls conceived all year round. Swaying via things like diet, exercise, number of attempts, etc is much more effective than the time of year. If it works out for you, great, if not, don't worry about it. I personally got my girl in boy months and 2 boys in girl months, not to mention that we don't actually KNOW about any seasonal effect in any place other than the specific locations it was studied (Italy and Germany)

Okay also im slightly confused I saw you write that darker more wintry night gives you more chance to conceive a girl however you also said that sept - nov were boy friendly conception months...wondering which is which? Im in Scotland so if you could advise that would be great. - thank you. Victoria

There are a handful of studies on the temperature and gender ratio, mostly done in animals. The truth is we don't know in any given locale (since the human studies were mostly done in Germany and Italy) but we assume that since the best studies show more boys conceived in the Northern Hemisphere in Sept.-Nov and more girls conceived Mar-May, that is what is the most likely to be true for those of us in temperate climates in the Northern Hemisphere.
I wish I had more hard data to report but that's just what we can piece together using the data we have.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
