It's your choice. Most people do e4d in the 72 hour pattern, which would be Tuesday. Some, especially when they're first starting off (some people start off with e4d from the beginning rather than one attempt) prefer to do the 96. You may end up missing ovulation though.

Hi,

I stuck to 1700 cals a day diet no red meat. Took metformin 1500 everyday and letrozole 3-10, took folic acid. Husband normal
Diet no supps (he eats meat and chicken every other day) and drinks coffee. We did e4d and he took a bath before we attempted. I got up right away and used to washroom. We tried on a Saturday and I got dark line sunday night and smiley monday morning and Tuesday as well. We tried again Tuesday night. So it was a one attempt I believe in the fertile window.

Drop the bath and have you wait 5 minutes before getting up.

Hi, yes day 3 to day 10, no jellies, ok will drop the bath. I forgot to mention I took antihistamine on the day of the attempt and the day before.
