What supplements improve the egg quality but don't hurt girl swaying?
Hello
Are there any supplements and food that improve egg quality for women age 40+? Something that don't affect swaying.
I had a chemical pregnancy this month and I am afraid that it was due to the egg quality so I am planning to do things that improve the quality of the egg.

If there were supplements that helped egg quality and did not sway blue I would have everyone taking them.
Folate/folic acid, and coq10 may help. honestly, I don't think the coq10 does very much at all, and I give it to people more to help them feel they're doing something to help that isn't harmful really. It may lower blood sugar a little bit so it probably doesn't hurt a pink sway, though it's never been studied to prove if it sways.
For those with PCOS, I would have them add in myoinositol possibly, but that isn't right for everyone and should not be just taken at random without us discussing if it's right for you.

There is mixed evidence on how coq10 sways. On the one hand it may help grow muscle mass, on the other it lowers blood sugar. I have no qualms about either pink or blue swayers taking it, since it will have differing effects depending on what type of diet you're on.
