    Atomic! Is this supplement ok?

    Hello my dear!
    I asked in another post about folic acid and methyl folate. I 've decided to switch to folate but I don't have any idea of what dosage should I take and if this kind is OK.
    So I need your opinion, please!

    The dose is as you mentioned before 1200-1600mcg?
